We hand-deliver locally across Zones 1–3 and ship nationwide across the UK via courier for our boxed flowers, plants, gifts and gift cards.

Local hand deliveries run Tuesday–Saturday, 9am–6pm. Nationwide courier deliveries are
typically made Monday–Saturday by our courier partner.

Local hand delivery: £5, free over £85. Nationwide shipping: £5.45 flat rate, free over £100.

Yes. Order by 10am for same-day local hand delivery, subject to availability. Same-day delivery is not available for nationwide shipped orders.

We offer AM (9am–1pm) and PM (1pm–6pm) slots for local hand delivery. Nationwide courier deliveries do not currently offer timed slots.

For local hand delivery, our driver will try to leave the flowers in a safe place, with a neighbour, or at reception, and will text or call ahead where possible. For nationwide shipped orders, please refer to our courier's redelivery process, a card will be left with instructions.

Sunday and bank holiday delivery is currently unavailable.

Absolutely, we don't share pricing on the delivery note, and we're happy to include a personalised gift message. You can add this option at the check out.

Please double-check the address at checkout, we're unable to guarantee redelivery fees are waived if an order is delayed or returned due to an incorrect address. We are avaialble on Deliveroo for delivery outside of these above hours.
